With over a decade at Lexington Executive and Household Staffing, Maggie Lillis is the engine that keeps things running smoothly—and with heart. Drawing from a dynamic background in journalism, nannying, and personal assisting, Maggie brings a sharp eye, a compassionate touch, and a deep understanding of what it takes to support families and professionals at the highest level.
Raised in the Midwest, Maggie grew up in a large, close-knit family where “it takes a village” wasn’t just a saying—it was the daily norm. That early foundation informs her approach today: thoughtful, thorough, and always relationship-driven.
