Brooke Barousse
Brooke is passionate about helping her clients. For the past 18 years, she has helped place hundreds of Executive and Household candidates with families and offices throughout the country. She understands the unique relationship families have with those who work inside their home. Not only is it one of the most trusted positions a person can have, it is one that has the potential to be the glue that keeps things running smoothly, efficiently and happily, both in raising joyful, supported children, and in keeping a well-run household.
Over the last decade, she has had the pleasure of staffing offices for many of her clients. Many of whom own large companies and family offices.
It is her true passion to be able to staff many different roles and loves the variety the searches provide.
Maggie Lillis
With a diverse career journey spanning personal assisting, nannying and journalism, Maggie brings a unique, insider perspective to her work with families and professionals. Proudly raised in the Midwest, Maggie grew up in a tight-knit extended family where “it takes a village” was more than just a phrase—it was a way of life.
Relationships matter to Maggie. She’s been a part of Lexington Executive and Household Staffing for 12 years.
Maggie’s professional background includes training in journalism and family and child ecology, along with hands-on experience as a career nanny for families with complex and unique needs. As a mom to both her son and her dog, she knows firsthand the value of reliable, warm support and brings a creative, can-do attitude to every opportunity. She’s known for her resourcefulness, her dedication to helping others, and her genuine passion for completing tasks with care. In her free time, Maggie loves cooking, thrift shopping, and spending time with her son, husband, and dog.
