What are your fees?
We charge a $300 search launch fee to get started on your search. When we find you the perfect fit and you make a job offer, we charge you our agency fee which is equal to 18% of the candidate’s annual income.
What areas do you serve?
We work with clients throughout Southern California as well as Nationwide.
How many applicants can I expect to interview?
We will save you time by pre-selecting applicants suitable to meet your individual needs. You can expect to interview from three to four applicants. However, there is no limit to the number of candidates you may interview. Our active and ever-increasing applicant pool contains many qualified executive and household professionals. It only takes one perfect match!
What are the benefits of using an agency?
The benefits of using an agency are plentiful. Agencies provide the best, safest, and most reliable help. Since we reject over 90% of the candidates that we meet with, we can be super selective about who meets with our clients.
What qualifications does Lexington Executive and Household Staffing require of their candidates?
Our candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience, while most candidates have at least 5-10+ years in their field. They speak fluent English, drive and have their own reliable vehicle. They must be legal to work in the United States and have excellent references. Some of our nannies have taken child development classes, speak multiple languages, or have a preschool/elementary teaching background. Our Newborn Care Specialists have worked with a minimum of 10 families. Our housekeepers are familiar with fine homes and the delicate furnishings found within the home. Our personal assistants have worked with clients with busy and ever changing schedules. Our chefs have worked in fine dining restaurants and/or provided in-home services to discerning clients.
We are selective about who we represent and truly work hard to find candidates that are passionate about what they do and see this is a career.
Are your nannies CPR trained?
Yes, since safety is our number one concern, all of our nannies are CPR trained before they start working with our families.
How much does it cost to hire a domestic professional?
That completely depends on what you’re looking for. There is a wide range of hourly rates offered by our clients. Rates vary greatly between different household positions. However, your costs will depend on the candidates’ education, background, training, knowledge, and how many years of experience they have in their field.

- Nannies $35-45/hour
- Housekeepers $35-45/hour
- Newborn Care Specialists $40-60/hour
- Personal Assistants $35-60/hour
- Estate Managers $55-80/hour
- Private Chefs $50-75/hour or $450-700/day
- Executive Assistants- $35-60/hour
